Packages
Every package includes the design, the lights themselves, installation, maintenance, free bulb replacement, January takedown and off-season storage. All packages run on a three-season agreement.
Every home is different. Your price is based on how much roofline you want lit, the height and how difficult the access is — the prices below show where each level starts. Minimum $500 per install. Your exact scope and price are confirmed in writing before anything is booked. All prices CAD, plus GST.

Our lease program runs on a three-season agreement. We supply the lights, cut and fit them to your home, install them, maintain them, take them down in January and store them for you. The lights stay ours — so if a bulb goes out, at any point across the three years, we replace it free.
Your first season is the full price. Year two is 5% less, and year three is 10% less — the system is already built and labelled for your home by then, and we pass that saving back to you.
At the end of the three seasons, the lights are yours to keep. You've paid them off over the term, so they stay with the house.
Nothing extra to buy, nowhere to store anything, and no bin of tangled lights in the garage next November.
The three seasons run back to back, and the lights remain ours throughout. Selling your home is the one circumstance that ends the agreement early.

The commitment is what lets us build a lighting system specifically for your home, store it, maintain it and keep replacing bulbs free of charge, all inside the one price.
Whenever you choose. We set a timer to your start date, so the install date and the night your display first lights up don't have to be the same.
We do. That's why there's nothing for you to buy, store or replace, and why repairs are on us. Your lights are custom-cut for your home, labelled and kept for you year after year.
Call or text us and we'll replace it free of charge, as many times as it takes, for the whole three years. They're our lights, so keeping them lit is on us.
No. Roofs and gutters are what we work on all year. We use clip-on attachment designed for gutters and shingles — no nails, staples or screws — and we're fully licensed and insured.
For large evergreens we recommend uplighting: it looks great on tall trees and avoids risky work at height. Smaller trees can be wrapped, and full wraps on bigger trees are quoted on request.
Selling your home is the one thing that ends the agreement early. Let us know, we'll collect the lights, and if the new owners would like to keep the display we're happy to carry it over to them.
Selling your home is the only early exit. Otherwise the agreement runs its three seasons. The lights stay our property throughout — cancelling doesn't transfer them to you.
The three seasons run back to back. We don't hold a system in storage through a year it isn't being used, so if you skip a season, coming back means a fresh agreement with a new set of lights at current pricing.
